Entry to the room could use better instructions. I had to figure out the door lock on my own. The main pool was covered half the day with no bartender, and it’s worth noting the infinity pool was freezing. The electric door lock often required multiple attempts to function properly, and the low water pressure in the showers was a nuisance. Additionally, it was disappointing to find only one of the three TVs working, and there were half-used toiletries left around.

the pool area was fantastic for unwinding after a day spent strolling to Playa Hermosa, which is just a short walk away. The vibrant Malecon Fish and Shrimp Market gave us a taste of local culture just under 4 km from our stay.

The amenities were perfect for our family, especially the beach access that allowed us to spend quality time together. Our Two-Bedroom Apartment provided amazing sea views, alongside a spacious balcony perfect for morning coffee. The pool area was a highlight, especially the shallow end that the kids enjoyed thoroughly.
We found the wifi connection in our room to be unreliable at times.

The Two-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View was super comfy! The balcony was a nice quiet spot to chill, and the kitchen had everything we needed. A/C in the bedrooms worked great, keeping us cool while we slept. Plus, the $2 happy hour beers by the pool were a nice touch! Everything felt clean and tidy, which is always a bonus.
